π Starting the last complete week at St John's
"A teacher’s job is to take a bunch of live wires and see that they are well-grounded." – D. Martin
As we step into the final days of our teaching practice, each session feels more meaningful, and the classroom interactions become even more special. Mondays are usually busy, and today was no exception, with two engaging classes that kept the momentum going.
Continuing the Learning Journey in 9A ππ
During the 3rd hour, I was back in 9A, picking up from where we left off on Friday. We continued with the chapter, ensuring that every concept was understood and the notes were completed. Revisiting the previous day's learning helped reinforce the topic, allowing students to connect ideas smoothly.
A Fascinating Lesson in 8A π¬π§¬
In the 5th period, I had a session with 8A, where I introduced the lesson plan on Gametes and Fertilization. To make the topic more engaging, I brought in a model of sperm and ovum, which immediately captivated the students' curiosity. Seeing the structures in a tangible form deepened their understanding and made the learning experience more interactive and memorable.
With just a few days left, every lesson, every question, and every moment in the classroom feels more precious. The journey is nearing its end, but the impact of these experiences will last a lifetime.
