A Blend of Learning and Celebration

Day 9 of my teaching practice was both eventful and inspiring. The day began with a quiz conducted by the Mar Theophilus NSS unit at St. Mary’s, commemorating Independence Day. High school students participated eagerly, showcasing their knowledge of India’s rich history. The quiz, filled with excitement and friendly competition, brought students together and instilled a sense of patriotism.

After the quiz, I conducted a class for 9D students, focusing on the human heart. We explored the double circulation, the importance of cardiovascular health. To engage the students, I used a mix of teaching methods, including diagrams, interactive discussions, and videos.

This day reinforced the impact of diverse learning experiences on student engagement. It was rewarding to witness students' curiosity and participation, both in the quiz and in the classroom. As a teacher, I find joy in guiding and inspiring young minds, crafting the future with each lesson. Teaching is not just about imparting knowledge; it's about igniting the passion for learning.
