π First Observation π
"Teaching is more than imparting knowledge; it is inspiring change."ππ
Today was a rather busy but fulfilling day at school. The morning hours were dedicated to kitchen duty π΄, where I assisted in cutting the vegetables for the the midday meal π₯. It was a great opportunity to interact with other teacher trainees from different colleges π. Seeing the happy faces of students as they enjoyed the meal made all the hard work worth it! π₯° It’s always fulfilling to contribute to their well-being in such a direct way.
In the last hour, I had a class with 8U πΏ, where I taught the topic *Fertility of Soil* π±. Our college teacher observed the session π©π«, which added a bit of pressure, but I felt confident as the students were super engaged π€. We discussed the factors that influence soil fertility, and I even included a group activity π« that the students seemed to enjoy. It felt amazing to see them working together and sharing ideas π‘. The feedback from my teacher was positive, which made me feel accomplished πͺ.
Earlier, during the 6th hour, I observed a colleague's class as part of our peer observation practice π. It was really inspiring to see different teaching techniques π¨. I picked up some cool new ideas for my own lessons π.
All in all, today was a colorful mix of kitchen duty π½️, teaching π, and learning from my peers. Feeling grateful for another day of growth and connection! ππΈ
