🧘‍♀️ Day 25: A Hectic Day of Teaching, Yoga, and Kidney Health at St Mary's HSS Pattom School

Today was far from usual—it was a bit hectic but rewarding! πŸ˜… During the second period, we had a physical education class πŸƒ‍♀️, which was observed by our Physical Education Mentor from college. As part of the B.Ed curriculum, we conducted a yoga session on Vakrasana 🧘‍♀️, where students really enjoyed the challenge.

In the third period, I took a substitution class in 8UπŸ“–. I gave them notes on the chapter we were learning, Let's Regain Our Fields,  ensuring they were up to speed before moving on to the fifth period.

The fifth hour was action-packed πŸ”₯ as I took my scheduled class with 8U. After that, in the sixth period, I took another substitution for 9D, where I completed the lesson on the excretion process 🩺. We discussed the health of kidneys 🧬, and I shared some essential tips on maintaining good kidney health, which sparked a great discussion with the students πŸ’‘.

Finally, we wrapped up the day by catching up with friends in the canteen 🍽️ during the last class, a perfect way to relax after a busy day!

Today was a perfect mix of physical education, academic learning, and self-care lessons, making it a fulfilling day overall! 🎯
