💡Giving models of teaching a try
"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn." – Benjamin Franklin 📖✨
Today at St. John’s was a blend of responsibility, engagement, and deep learning. The day began with morning duty, setting the tone for an active and productive school day 🌅.
During the first period, my concerned biology teacher assigned me an additional class in 9B, where we explored the chapter on joints. The students actively participated, demonstrating various movements, making the session interactive and engaging 🔄💪.
Later, in the 5th period, I had a substitution class in 9A, where we focused on “Disorders of Muscles and Bones.” Using the inquiry training model, the students explored four major conditions—osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, muscular dystrophy, and sprains. The hands-on approach, along with model-based teaching, made learning more effective and sparked curiosity 🦴💡.
The day was a fulfilling one, filled with active learning and meaningful discussions. Looking forward to more engaging sessions ahead! 🚀😊
