📌Lessons in Teaching and Learning

"Mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before."

The day started on an amazing note—with confidence, energy, and better interactions with students. Over time, we have grown more familiar with the students, and they, in turn, have become more comfortable engaging and sharing their thoughts in class.

A Small Mistake, A Big Lesson 🎯📅

However, the day also brought a learning moment for me. Due to a clash in my timetable, I missed a class in 9A. Instead, I took the lesson plan and later coordinated with another teacher to adjust it. Though it was a small mistake, it made me realize the importance of keeping track of schedules and informing authorities in advance. This is a lesson I plan to carry forward throughout my life—to always double-check my timetable and ensure proper communication. Thankfully, I handled the situation well, and it did not disrupt the flow of teaching.

Engaging Lesson in 8A 🧬🔬

During the 5th period, I had my session with 8A, where I taught the chapter on Fertilization—both when it occurs and when it fails to occur. The students were deeply involved in the discussion, making the class interactive and meaningful.

Guiding Students Towards Their Future 🚀📚

Towards the end of the day, I was assigned invigilation and assisting duty for a Career Guidance Exam conducted by ASAP. This exam was designed to help students identify their areas of interest, allowing them to make informed choices about their future studies. Helping students navigate their career paths was a fulfilling experience, reminding me that teaching is not just about academics but also about mentorship and guidance.

Today was a mix of teaching, learning, and self-improvement—a reminder that every experience, whether smooth or challenging, shapes us into better educators and individuals.
